Using Contact Sheet II with RAW files

Contact sheet II does not seem to work appropriately with RAW files (Canon EOS D10). The program does not seem to recognise the embedded J-PEG files. Is there a way to work around this?

For RAW use the File Browser and select the pictures. It will make your contact sheet. Run the Automate-Contact from within the Browser.
