My old Nokia is dying and I’m in the market for a new monitor. I’m running CS on a PC.
My understanding is that a CRT is still better for color accuracy and ease of calibration. The LCD wins on raw sex appeal. I do a lot of photo editing and CAD so color accuracy is important.
I’m hearing that the Lacie Electron 22 Blue 4 is a great value for the quality.
The Formac Gallery 2010 looks fantastic, but I’m concerned about being able to calibrate accurately. I’ve also heard that the Formac tends to be too bright, so images published on the web tend to look dark to most PC users.
Thanks in advance for your input!
Cheers
