They work better and last longer if you stir in a spoonful of glycerine.

There are bubble look brushes on the net. I’d first look in the Studio exchange area on www.adobe.com

studio exchange has a layer style download called ps6bubbles make a circle using the ellipse tool, constrain to circle by shift apply layer style
(put styles into your presets folder under styles, use the little arrow to load the style)
