What program do you think is better? I personally like Paint Shop Pro. I guess if you want the harder to use program go with Photoshop.

If you mean "better for home users who are not print or prepress professionals," then PSP is probably better–it’s much cheaper, it’s easier to use, and it does everything a home user is ever likely to need.

I’m talking about like photoshop contests like www.b0g.com have. Photoshop might give you the best results when wanting to print something, what I’m talking about is when you just want to play around on your computer and photoshop pictures.
