I have several dozen wedding photos and I want to put them together to make a photo album type book.

Now I can scan these in and print them off – done this loads of times, but in this instance, I would like make it a bit arty and special. Such as having feathered borders, montages, tinted b/w underneath color and all sorts of stuff like that.

Are there any tutorials which would point me in the right direction with this? I’m using PS7 incidentally.

unless you are already quite familiar with using PS I wouldn’t do this project in PS.
Roxio CD creator and many other programs have already created templates for this sort of thing.
Just drop the pix into already made wedding style borders and albums. There are also plugins for creating frames and borders in PS like Filters Unlimited.
I have downloaded some custom shapes from Adobe Exchange called 101 frames and borders, you will need to know how to apply styles to them. There are also some nice flower brushes and stars if you want to get creative.
