I have a strange problem I am hoping someone has a solution for:
Whenever I try to save as a jpeg, the program "locks up" The computer doesn’t crash and photoshop continues to run almost normal, but all the menus and options greyout and the only way to get out of it is through task mananger! I have unistalled and re-installed photoshop and I can’t get it fixed. I can save as any other format, just jpeg is the problem.
I’ve been using Photoshop for 3 or 4 years now and have had 7.0 for over a year and never had anything like this happen before. If anyone has run into this and has advise, I’d greatly appreciate it.
