There are several ways to do this, and I’ve done it many ways to images in PS.
The production scenario is this: taking a digital photograph of women’s makeup samples, and altering the color (accurately)in PS to produce color swatches for Ecommerce sites.
Some websites have beautiful swatches, very punchy and crisp. Others don’t.
I’m experimenting with various ways of doing this, such as color fills on a layer set to Linear Burn or Color blending mode. I’m still not happy.
Has anyone out there created these for the web?
I’d like to hear various opinions or suggestions on how you did it, and how it turned out.
Thanks
