This may be a stupid question but what is the difference. I have set my monitor up using Adobe Gamma and created a profile. I have this set in display properties/colour in XP
I have set rgb workspace to adobeRGB in PSCS2 but when I switch between monitor and windows proof view the colours change.
Is this switching between sRGB and adobeRGB?. if so does that mean I can preview the pic as it would show in IE6 on line by switching to windows XP Im very new to Colour management so and help would be appreciated Thanks

Dave.

1. Windows doesn’t colour manage. images, Photoshop does.

2. sRGB is a different colour space from AdobeRGB.
