I´m using the filebrowser in Photoshop CS to fill in metadata, keywords etc in all my images. Now I want a backup on the keywords-list, so if something goes wrong I can just take the backup.

Is there any possible for that?

It’s in "Keywords.psp" in …\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings.

You can overwrite a corrupted or reverted-to-default version with a saved version of your list.
