Hi,
Have been running Photoshop v6 on a Windows 98 SE box for some time without any problems. Just the other day I started to get the following error when clicking on any of the tools. "Could not complete your request because of a program error". I then tried to reset the preferences (ctrl, alt, shift) but this made no difference. After this I installed Photoshop v7 but the same problem occured. I decided to format the machine and start from scratch, but to my surprise the error message is still occuring! If anyone can suggest what the problem could be, please do.
