Dear newsgroup,
I have a portrait in jpg format and would like to change the background in photoshop.
Could someone please give me some suggestions on how to do so, how to select ?
Maybe there is an action available similar to the action for red eye removal I have installed ?

for me the the best photoshop plugin to do that,
is knockout 2, yo can make it just perfect

Knockout 2 is very good but it is not cheap and it’s not a matter of click and you’re done. What you want to do can be simple or excruciating depending on the background. Look at the tutorial already pointed out and find some others. There are lots on the web. This is pro stuff usually.
