I used the extract tool, I have an image that has been "cut out" and no background. I load another image of same size (pixles) and I drag the layer of the cut image onto the loaded image. When I do this it is not where I want the cut image. How can I move the cut image to where I want it. Or it there a better way to get one image onto another (tried cut and paste and still can’t move image)

Make sure you have the proper layer selected.
