I would like to know how to create a watermark like the one on the attached image. I want it to mark my photos I submit online. Does anyone know how to do this?

you can use the security feature in the web photo gallery or make a new layer with your watermark graphic copy to your image and lower the opacity.

Use the text tool to set your text in white.

In the Layers palette, reduce the opacity of the text layer.

new action – make text layer – set appropriate font size – add effects like outer glow, bevel, drop shadow to suit you – reduce transparency to 25% or whatever you like – rotate type so it goes across the image – stop recording – open a file and try it -tweak until it works

took me 2 minutes
