PS7: image size window dissappeared

Help! My image size window and linked tools will not pop up when I right click on the file’s header bar. I have to press escape to get out of this command to do any other work. Please help me bring it back; I’m out of ideas for fixes.

Have you been messing with screen resolution lately?
Sounds like the dialog is off-screen.

Dialogue box is off screen.
Increase screen rez to highest you have, see if you see it, drag back into bounds.

Generally, you’ve used higher rez recently or switched from two monitor setup?
