color mode problem?

ok here’s the problem, i open up photoshop, i choose a color, let’s say color 0052A4, i fill up my square and i go to save it, i open the newly saved JPEG and it’s not 0052A4 but it turned into 39409A, it also does this when i jump to photoshop to imageready, but in imageready it’s the same color as the saved file, it seems like photoshop is running on a different color mode or something, i hope you understood, thank you in advance.

First, those numbers are not colors – just numbers.

And JPEG will change color numbers slightly, because it is a lossy compression scheme.

But it sounds more like your display profile is hosed and possibly your color preferences.
