"Open" dialog box problem

All of a sudden my "open" dialog box (windows XP) is defaulting to listing everything by date instead of alphabetically… This is only happening in Photoshop. It’s going to send me around the bend. Can anyone help?

Correct. I have to re-sort every single time (aargh!)
