Guys can you tell me, how to make the Digital blurred and out of foucs photos useable. Anyone knows this technique.

I think same technique is published in the Photoshop CS for Digital Photographers by Colin Smith. Anyone read it.

Depends how blurred and OOF. There are various sharpening techniques [including Unsharp Mask filter]. But if your picture’s trashed, it’s trashed.

As Colin says, if a picture’s trashed, it’s trashed. But there is a third party program, called Focus Magic <http://www.focusmagic.com/> that can, to a certain degree, reverse the process by which a photo becomes out-of-focus or motion-blurred.

I have Focus Magic and use it a lot, because most of my photos are not in perfect focus for one reason or another. Re-focusing an image is a completely different process from using Unsharp Mask or any of Photoshop’s other tools.

If your image was out of focus or taken with camera shake then the reality is that you will not have sharp edges. You can paint them in. You can use the dodge and burn tools to increase the contrast as if the edges were sharp. And if the focus is slightly out the "Focus Magic" filter has a math algorith to help with the appearance of sharpness or aligning edges.

If you did not capture the reality, then you must find a tool to use to make it look like you did. A good channel, calculations, channel mixer and all the restoration techniques you can come up with "might" help.
