Does anyone know of the plug-in for a dream like effect? There is one out there called "Dream Suite" I believe, but I also know of a freebie floating around as well. Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me any other way to create the same effect?

What I am trying to do is the effect that makes the picture soft and hazy.

Try: http://www.optikvervelabs.com/ . It’s free and contains some excellent effects, including the "dreamy" effect. There are many ways of doing this manually though…just do a google search for "soft focus effect" Good luck,

One technique I’ve read of is to duplicate your background layer – apply an agressive gaussian blur to the bottom layer, then vary the opacity of the top layer to get the effect you’re after.

Might be worth a shot.
