Photoshop CS Color Settings

I am trying to change the default color settings to "US Prepress Defaults" with no success. When I open the settings box it does not show it as even being available. When you click on the load button in the settings box it takes you to the "Settings" file and the US prepress file is there, although it says 0 kbs in the file size info at the bottom. Clicking on that brings up a message saying "could not load the color settings because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered". I have uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop with the same results. Anybody have any ideas as to what might be the problem. Thank You

Am not sure why it is not showing up for you in Settings that are already there ( it shows in mine).

I see that you have tried reinstalling CS, have you tried to load it from the disk though through the load button, since you say the file states 0kbs?

Just a thought.

If the file is on your machine and it is shown a "0 kbs", it is corrupt. Your options are to make a copy of the file from a friend, or to reinstall Photoshop.
