I have Photoshop 7 and was wondering if I upgrade to Windows XP if it will still run? Does anybody know?

Yes, but if you’re going to "upgrade" to WinXP make sure you do a clean install. Doing an upgrade installation on top of an existing operating system is a very bad idea.
