I am trying to make a Matrix type of background and the text is giving me alot of errors.
First my System setup:
Dell Inspiron 8200
2.0 MGHz
30 Gig HD (29% free space)
1 Gig Memory
Photoshop CS
The file I am working on is:
8.5" x 11" @ 300 ppi
I fill the background layer in black and then make a text layer and fill it with some text (the text (arial font size 9) fills the size of the form)
The first text layer works fine but then when I make another text layer with a slightly larger text I get error messages.
Some of the errors are:
1) When I make a new layer and paste the text is no longer fills the same area of the screen and not all is pasted.
2) If I do get all the text in the layer and try to add a mask the plugins are no longer available (specifically render>clouds)
3) Once saved with 2 texture layers the second texture layer made has a triangle in the layers panel and is no longer able to be worked on without locking up the program.
I did try and make the texture layers in imageready however the font sizes in imageready do not match those in photoshop. I suspect this is a setting but cannot figure out where I could change it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
