When adding a new additional physical drive just to function as a Scratch Disk for PS CS (which can use up to 64EB for Scratch Disk), is there any advantage to partitioning that drive, or just allocating the entire disk (in my case an 80GB HDD on my laptop) as Scratch Disk. With CS’s capability, I cannot see any advantage, but wanted to ask, before I either set it up as one logical drive, or partitioned it into 4 logical drives.
