Is there any way to transfer a text layer (including font types, sizes, line spacing, etc.) from Photoshop to Illustrator without rasterizing?

I did a complex text layer in PS7 that I would like to have in AI10, but would rather not have to recreate it from scratch.

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– in 4 materials (clay versions included)

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

Try the export paths to Illustrator. You will probally lose all the color. 🙁

You may want to convert the text to lines (LAYER > TYPE > CONVERT TO SHAPE) first and then either export to Illustrator or select all and copy and paste.
