Palette Question

I’m using Photoshop CS and running Windows XP. This is probably a pretty minor problem…but it’s an irritant. I am unable to group palettes together. Additionally, palettes do not dock when I drag them to the palette well. Finally, palettes do not snap into place when I drag them to the bottom of the screen. I must be doing something wrong…or have my preferences set incorrectly.

Have you tried deleting the preference file? Details in the FAQ at the top of this forum’s Topic list

Thanks for the advice. I found the PSP file and deleted it. Opened Photoshop and unfortunately have the same problem. Any other thoughts?
