mein Photoshop CS macht das Fenster auf; nicht einmal der LADE Screen kommt; er schließt sich sofort wieder
Problem erst seit einer Woche
es kommen kein Fehlermeldungen oder ähnliches
Prefs löschen hilft nicht da überhaupt keine existieren neuinstallation bringt auch nichts.

Sie solte das preferences-datei loschen. Es muess dort sein. Und vieleicht Englische sprache (schrift) gibt mehr antworte.

ich hab XP drauf sonst würd der CS ja nicht laufen;
ansonsten nen AMD TB 1,2 GHz; 768MB RAM; 120GB HD; Geforce3;

er lief ja schon mal, und nun auf einmal, hab nichts installiert oder deinstalliert, geht er nicht mehr

Did you make the effort deleting the prefs? And don’t tell us it isn’t there.

Also, UNinstalling does not do the job. Neither does REinstalling.

I tried to access the prefs, but the Photoshop crashed before ctr alt shift had any effect. There is no error message of any use–just says a problem has occurred and the program is shutting down.

Any further advice on this issue would be much appreciated. As of now, my Photoshop is useless, although the other elements of the Creative Suite work.

hi

just found out that there are no Pref files installed or created when i install my photoshop. Neither ImageReady has Pref files, but it works well.

I just found out that you’re unable to view hidden or system files snooopy! 😉

to turn them on, go into windows explorer> tools> folder options and check the view hidden and system files box. then you should be able to see your prefrence files.
