Font Error and Printing Size Question

I’ve paid to have some artwork done for me and the artist sent me a .PSD file. I’ve loaded it up with Photoshop CS and I’m getting the following error:

"Some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output."

Now I’ve e-mailed the artist but he is saying he ONLY used Arial Black. This can’t be true because I’m getting that error and I already have Arial Black installed.

How can I tell which font is missing? (can I get the missing font name?)

Second question… How can I print my graphic across several pages? I’m using an HP Deskjet 920c at home, but whenever I go to print from Photoshop it will either scale my graphic down to one page, or it will only print one page at full size (but it won’t print the rest of the graphic on more pages.)

Any help would be GREATLY appriciated.

Feel free to e-mail me Thanks!

JMK,

When you select the text layer, the font name on the options bar will be shown in brackets if the font is missing.

There is no page-tiling from within Photoshop. You would need to place or import the file into an application that does support page-tiling in order to print the image on multiple pages.
