Im very new to photoshop.
I want a tutorial on layers so I can put a layer on top of another, instead of it going underneath it.
prob a silly & easy question to all in here ,
can anyone guide me

You don’t say what version you are using so I’ll guess CS. When you have several layers you can move them up or down under the Layer on the
tool bar and go to Arrange. This will let you bring the layer up or down (forward or back) in the stack.
