8×10 RGB image on 8½"x11" canvas, printing to HP 882 and to HP 9650: the bottom half is cut off! File/Print with Preview shows it perfectly normal, but the printers output it with white space on the bottom half of the page.

Here’s the good part: load the same .psd into Corel PhotoPaint, and that program prints it just fine! So PhotoShop is set up wrong somehow; I just can’t find it. Anyone have any ideas?

Does the Corel print actually print down into the unprintable area? Or is it just "sized to printable page area" and is actually slightly smaller top to bottom?

It’s printed in PhotoPaint actual size, not "fit to page" or any other feature selected, and it prints as previewed.

I’m not sure what you mean by "unprintable area"; the image is sized to fit within the printable area of both printers.

Just meant, as you know, most inkets have a larger unprintable area on one end, generally the "bottom" (if portrait).

Wondering if Corel is starting image closer to the top.
Do you have "center image" checked in PS print dialog? Try unchecking if so.
