Yes, the laugh is entirely needed. Around here at work, instead of my head getting bigger they say it is my boobs. They are always asking me questions that usually get solved with an answer such as "Ctrl-H and the marching ants will appear."
As for making bigger PS boobs, select around boobs and filter>distort>spherize then select around waist and filter>distort>pinch. Usually, I can get away with a bit of a waist pinch and smoothing of the shirt to get a realistic "fullness."
As for Viagra spam, if I came home with a "member," let alone a "larger member" my husband would pass out!

Another option you can try… filter>liquify. Use the bloat tool and adjust pressure, and brush size as needed.
