When using Photoshop most of the screen is often obscured by the palettes. So we set up keyboard shortcuts to switch between different palette arrangments (workspaces). We then wrote a short program to switch between the workspaces without using the keyboard. The program is designed to sit out of the way on the PS title bar – but you can drag it anywhere you wish.

If anybody would like a copy you can get it here…

It’s freeware.
It’s a program file ( .exe file ) so please virus check before use. Use at your own risk.
You have to set up shortcuts to make it work – tutorial and FAQ’s on site. —

If you run two monitors the problem is solved and gives a lot more facilities for programs other than Photoshop. I would now hate to have only one monitor.

I agree.
If you use a lot of PS that’s the way to go.
But if you haven’t got two monitors and the graphics card to run them then this might make life a little easier.
Also quite handy if you’re using a laptop away from the office.

I once heard of a program that allowed you to have your palettes out but they were invisable until you moused over them Wish I knew where to find it. "A" wrote in message
