I have a bunch of TIFF files I want to apply the same un sharp mask setting to. Can this be done? Thanks.

Yes, with an Action, provided that the parameters of the USM are the same, or you can "pause" the Action to allow input for each image. Action>New, set the functions of your Action, then OK to start recording. Click the Stop (solid square at bottom of Actions Palette). You can assign an F-key, or you can do this in a Batch, File>Automate>Batch, choose your source folder and destination folder. If you have just recorded the Action, it will automatically be selected.

Since you have PSCS2 you might want to take a look at the filters>sharpen>smart sharpen filter. It is a really good new tool for that sort of thing (you will still need an action though).
