skin tone from one pic to other

Hi, i saw once a tutorial about using a one skin tone, from one picture, to another picture, but i do not seem to find it, any one knows about a similar tutorial?

Note: without having to paint it on.

Don’t know about any tutorial, but try this.

Put the image with the ‘right’ skin tone on a layer above the image you want to correct.
Drop the Opacity so you can see the original image beneath. Transform the upper image so it fits the face on the lower image. Erase any parts of the upper image that you don’t need (or use a mask). Change the Blend Mode of the upper layer to ‘Color’ and raise Opacity back to 100%.

The skin tone of the upper layer will now appear to be applied to the original.

Hi Jim,

another method you can try is using the Match Color feature. Open the image you wish to change, and the image whose colour you want to match (the source image). Go to Image>Adjustments>Match Color. In the source drop down box, choose the source image. Play with the settings a little and you should get a fair result. If the images are not too far apart to begin with, you can get a perfect match quite easily.
