Don’t know about any tutorial, but try this.
Put the image with the ‘right’ skin tone on a layer above the image you want to correct.
Drop the Opacity so you can see the original image beneath. Transform the upper image so it fits the face on the lower image. Erase any parts of the upper image that you don’t need (or use a mask). Change the Blend Mode of the upper layer to ‘Color’ and raise Opacity back to 100%.
The skin tone of the upper layer will now appear to be applied to the original.
