Anybody know how in the world you control the color of the brushes?

I see where you can give it a certain pattern. But what if I just want red roses, for example? What if I don’t want a pattern?

It doesn’t seem to pay any attention to the color swatch that’s set.

Thanks!

Trinity,

Brushes paint with the selected foreground colour. Patterns are something completely different.

If you are indeed using a brush, you need to play with your Brush Presets. Go to Window>Brushes and adjust your Color Dynamics and/or anything else that is affecting your brush’s color(s).
