Hi All,

Does anyone where I can get hold of Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man (the naked bloke with two outstretched arms inside a circle) in a vector format.

Many thanks.

Google "Vitruvian Man" (with quotes) under Images. You’ll get 1860 images right off the bat.

…. and NONE of the first several pages have anything to do with getting a VECTOR image …

Then just add "vector" or "eps" or "illustrator" to the search. It’s not
that hard, honest 🙂

d’UH … the comment was for the previous poster who -thought- HE was being smart …! Failed to READ the OP’s notation of a VECTOR image requirement.

Actually, J. A. Mc,

Philbo would get a far larger set of images to choose from by simply using "Vitruvian Man" in his search (Try fungausamungus’s suggestions and see what happens).

What I left out in my original message to the newsgroup, but added to the e-mail I sent the OP, Philbo, was that once he found an image to his liking he could simply vectorize it if it wasn’t a vector image to begin with (GraphicConverter does this very nicely for Mac users).

I suspect most of the readers of this newgroup know about vectorizing an image but wasn’t sure that Philbo did, given the way he framed his question.
