I am not that good with Photoshop yet, but would like to reproduce the 10 in this photo.

I have tried finding the font and came up empty. Any suggestions as to what font is used or how to make a larger version of it in photoshop?

Having just 2 numbers to work with is extremely difficult to identify a font. I’d suggest trying Ariel Black. Or you could take the number and reproduce in Photoshop – Level the number (rotate), expand image size. Magnetic lasoo or the magic wand tool and stroke, to start with.

why not try drawing it using the Pen tool? 7 clicks for the "1" and about 4 for the "0" and you’re done .

The closest I see in my fonts is Abadi MT Condensed Extra Bold – kearned tightly and then stretched up a bit.
