Look at the header (gif) at the top of the page. Look at the left side of the picture. There is gray blue line or effect (it is like smock or whatever you call it). Could you tell me how is it made, by brush? How? I want to create the same effect, could you help me with it?

You could try using paint/airbrush to make a couple of lines and then use liquify to distort them to re-create that kind of effect. To get the 3d-ish effect there you could try selecting a small portion of the image, make a seperate layer out of it, use the Bevel and Embross-blending option, and then use liquify to fine-tune it.

Thank you. Now it seems a little better, but still I can’t make that effect. I did what you said but it doesn’t go well. Could you direct me exactly what to do? Maybe I should pick another way?
