Why can’t I install Photoshop CS ?

When I installed Photoshop CS trial version, an error message stated that Setup can only run with Window 2000 Pack 3 or higher machines. I’m using WinME, thus I couldn’t run the setup. Is there anyway that I can open this Photoshop CS?

No, None at all. Win2k is the lowest version that you can run CS under
