what is Apple ~ for Photoshop?

How do you toggle between images (Apple ~ for most applications) I am using PS CS on Mac OS 10.4? I guess Adobe likes not to use regular keyboard shortcuts. hiding is Ctrl-Apple-H instead of Apple-H
