I’ll assume here that you’re referring to a mouse having pen-type characteristics, i.e. absolute positioning? My experience with the Wacom units has been that the Intuos2 mouse (in standard and 5-button configurations) are best. I’d stay clear of the Wacom Graphire mouse, since it does not appear to be very robust.
