clean reinstall

Hey i wanted to do a clean re install so i unstalled every thing , and deleted Documents and Settings\[user profile]\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\7.0\Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder. and now when i try and install it i just see the hour glass and then nothing what do i do ?

did you uninstall the application? are you talking about v7 or cs? the path you gave us doesn’t exist. did you try reinstalling in safe mode?
