After playing around, I’ve noticed that when you use marquee or arrow tool to adjust anchor points, they snap to edges of pixels. When you use the transformation tool or the shape tool, it allows you to land on sub-pixels or in between pixels – it antialiases to give the effect of being in between a pixel. Does anyone have anymore information about this? I’d like to have more control over this. i.e.: sometimes I would like to make it impossible to land in between a pixel. Thanks.

I found a partial answer. There’s an option to "Snap to Pixels" with shapes, but I don’t see anything like that with the transform (scale) tool.
