Hi all,
How do you take 3 or 4 objects, layers/items and align and distribute them? You know in every other graphics program, you just select all the items you want distributed and choose how you want them distributed, i.e. equal separations of centers, bottoms, tops, whatever…. how is this done in Photoshop 7?

This is how I do it…
Have each thing that you want to align on it’s own layer, and link those layers together. If you click on the move tool you’ll see a selection of icons at the top for aligning/distributing. Just click on the one that shows the right picture for you (i.e. all lined up by the right edges).

Thanks sooooo much Helen….
Can I ask another question? How do you just draw out a simple box in Photoshop 7, black outline, no fill? And I need to be able to tell it exactly what size to be. So I need a box, 2 pixels border, 7.5" by 5.0" no fill.
