Hi folks:

I am curious what people or using to share comps and collaborate with clients or agencies on projects. Are there any web-based applications that you’re
using that work well?

Are you sending PDF’s back and forth? What about
annotations/mark-up…is anyone doing that or seeing the need for it?

Any suggestions? Any insights would be very helpful…need some help quickly.

Much thanks!

I use FTP file transfer, or if the file is not too huge, an email attachment.

I email a copy in jpg or PDF making sure the file is under 2mb

This may sound stupidly simple, but try MS Messenger. I used the latest version, something like 7.5. My brother sent me a 30 MB file from california. worked great, fairly fast, and the big file would have surely clogged the e-mail system. Plus, you can communicate with your client at the same time. I think they even have a feature like a whiteboard system. Anyway, the file transfer part worked great. – ron
