And, someone had posted a link to a whole "set" of speech bubbles here, about a year ago – pre-made. I don’t have the link where I would expect it, but a Google.Group search of this, and the comp.graphics.apps.photoshop NGs should yield that URL. As I recall the operative phrase was "speech bubbles." I believe that most had a white Fill and black Stroke applied, but these can be easily changed as there was also just a Shape/Path version.
