I’m printing a multi-photos on a 8.5×11 sheet. How can I change the white background to blue? I’m using Photoshop CS.

Fill background layer Edit>Fill>Color. If file is already flattened, create a new layer, change the name of the background layer from background to something else then drag the new layer below your pix layer and fill with blue.
