duplicate the layer

Play with the blur filters, try motion or radial blur on the bottom layer

Well I don’t want to blur or motion blur the edge (that way the info of the background will come inside and mix up)… I rather want to blow up so no info of the outeredge is in the smear or blur …

Cut the hand out of the background and have it on it’s own layer
