anyone ever have the problem of the CTRL button not working in photoshop? I don’t know how to fix it, anyone have any ideas?

I’ve never heard of this problem. Try resetting your preferences – press ctrl-alt-shift while starting Photoshop.

If that doesn’t do it, what function are you using that uses the ctrl key, and are you PC or Mac.
