On my other pc with PS CS2 i have in explorer when i press right-click an item that says ‘open with PS’

New PC, new install, no right-click thing. I have to open with right click, open with, and then look for PS.

Anybody can tell me how to get the item in explorer?

TIA,

Rutger.

To add the "Open with…" option:

Open a file view window ( for example, your image directory) Click on "Tools", then "Folder Options…" Click on the "File Types" tab (wait while the list loads) Click on a files type you want to open with PS (for example .jpg) Click on the "Advanced" button
Click New
Type "open" under action and browse to find the PS executable

You will now have the option to "Open with" PS for all files of that type.

Thx, but i already tried that. It’s not the file associations what cause the problem, but on PC1 i have a PS shell extention in the right-click menu, and on PC2 i don’t.
