I am using PS7 and for some detail work I am doing, I want to create 4 brushes that are 1 pix each with different fades. I create them in the brushes pallet but then when I go to use them, they work once and then go back to normal. I see them in the Tool Presets, I click on the "this tool only" box but still without success.

Can anyone help a rube?

Thanks.

From the flyout arrow on the Brush Presets choose New Preset and a dialog will pop up with a description of the brush. Hit okay and it should stick.

That Current Tool thing is only for resetting tools.

Thanks for the reply.

I have done all of that and it still only works once. I see the new brush in the presets and now I see it in the brushes list. I click on it just as I would any brush, it works once then goes back to normal without the fade.

I am really lost on this.
