When I try to use the web-links from the help-menu I get a browser page ‘action cancelled’ and the following message "Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable". This applies to all links including updates,photoshop on-line and most important of all the help-files. All help appreciated.
